What is Axiomabot?
A hosted service that lets non-engineers build AI chatbots over their own content — documents, websites, email, cloud storage — and embed them on a website or connect them to messengers. No coding, no infra.
Who is it for?
Small and mid-size businesses with a body of knowledge they want to make conversational: support content, FAQs, product docs, sales enablement, internal helpdesks. One person can build a usable bot in well under an hour.
What data sources can I connect?
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, ZIP, plain text snippets, website crawl, Gmail (per label), Outlook (Inbox), Google Drive folder, OneDrive folder, Dropbox folder (push-based sync via webhook).
What channels can the bot live on?

How does the bot avoid making things up?
Every answer is built from passages retrieved from your sources via hybrid search plus a reranker. Each answer cites the sources it used. With "Answer only from this bot's knowledge base" on (the default), the bot says it doesn't know rather than inventing.
How does pricing work?
Free plan with 1 bot and 1,000 AI credits per month, no card required. Pro at $49/month ($49/year billed at $490) for 5 bots and 60,000 credits, with a 14-day no-card trial. Business at $199/month for 25 bots and 300,000 credits, plus WhatsApp / Instagram / cloud storage. Enterprise on contract.
Is my data private?
Your sources and conversations live in your organization. We never use them to train any model. Your provider keys, when added, are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. For strictest custody, point a BYO endpoint at your own LLM and we never see your provider credentials.
Can I bring my own LLM key?
Yes. Paste your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere key into the vault and the bot calls those providers on your account. For full custody, point the bot at your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint (Ollama, vLLM, self-hosted) and we never see your provider credentials.
